Abstract
Objective: To investigate the risk factors of HELLP syndrome complicated with the perinatal mortality. Methods: We reviewed 76 cases with HELLP syndrome from Jan. 1991 to Dec.2010,including clinical data. Patients were divided into two groups as the perinatal mortality group and the control group according to the perinatal mortality occurrence or not. General clinical data and various laboratory parameters were comparably gathered and studied between the two groups. ResultS;The perinatal mortality rate was 22.4% ( 17/76). Chi-square test showed labors, premature labor, fetal distress, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, haemoglobin, platelet count,serum total bilirubin and 24h urine protein were statistically significant fac-tors( P<0.05 ). Logistic regression analysis showed diastolic pressure, haemoglobin, platelet count, serum total bilirubin and 24h urine protein were statistically significant factors ( P < 0.05). Conclusion;In this study,the decrease of haemoglobin and platelet count,the increase of diastolic pressure, serum total bilirubin, and 24 h urine protein were the risk factors of HELLP syndrome complicated with the perinatal mortality.关键词
