体外受精D2/D3胚胎移植与异位妊娠关系探讨
Investigation of the ectopic pregnancy of the day 2 or day 3 embyro transfer in IVF/ICSI cycles

Abstract
Objective: To investigate whether there has significant difference about ec-topic pregnancy rate by transplanted on day 2 or day 3 in IVF and 1CSI cycles. Methods:To a-nalysis retrospectively the clinical data of 754 IVF-ET cycles and 599 ICSI cycles from Mar. 2009 to Dec. 2009 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University Reproductive Center. Results:In IVF-ET <35 years old group,the ectopic pregnancy rates in day 2 and day 3 group were 0. 00% and 5.63% . In IVF-ET>35 years old group, the ectopic pregnancy rates in day 2 and day 3 group were 4. 35% and 4. 76%. In ICSI<35 years old group,the ectopic pregnancy rates in day 2 and day 3 group were 4.17% and 4.05%. In ICSI2*35 years old group,the ectopic pregnancy rates in day 2 and day 3 group were 7. 14% and 7. 69%. No significant differences were observed between those two groups about ectopic pregnancy rate(P>0. 05). Conclusion; There is no significant difference about ectopic pregnancy rate between day 2 or day 3 groups in IVF/ICSI cycles. The transfer time can be considered according to the clinical conditions of patients.关键词
