摘要
Abstract
Objective; To explore the expression of Haptoglobin ( Hp ) in adenomyosis (AM) and the relation with dysmenorrhea. Methods: Expression of Hp in 37 patients with adeomyosis(study group)and 18 patients with normal endometrium(control group) were detected with immunohistochemical method. Results;The expression of Hp was higher in eutopic endometrium and the leision tissue than in normal endometrium and muscular layer in the study group. Hp was higher in the follicular phase than that in the luteal phase in the leision tissue of study group. The expression of Hp in leision tissue in non-dysmenorrheic group was higher than dysmenorrheic group. The expression of Hp in the study group lesion tissue gradually decreased with increase pain in overall. Conclusion; The expression of Hp was closely related to the occurrence and development of adenomyosis as well as dysmenorrhea.关键词
