Abstract
Objective To evaluate the function of nursing in peripheral blood stem cell collection. Methods Series nursing methods were performed in peripheral blood stem cell collection, including pre - collection science mission, environmental preparation, diet and sleep care, physical and psychological support during collection process, establishing a good vascular access, prevention and treating all adverse reactions, protection, diet caring and good communication after collection. Results Satisfied collection results were achieved in all 81 cases. Conclusion Proper nursing is important in getting high-quality peripheral blood stem cell.关键词
