Immunogenicity of Recombinant Periplaneta Americana BCG - Arg Allergen
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the Immunogenicity of recombinant Periplaneta Americana BCG - Arg allergen, and to provide the basis for developing BCG allergen vaccine. BALB/C mice were immunized subcutaneously by KfCFU recombinant BCG - Arg, sera were collected at 0, 2,4,6,8 weeks. Arg specific IgG, IgGl, IgG2a were measured by ELISA using purified recombinant Arg antigen. In BCG - Arg immunized group, Arg specific IgG rose quickly after 2 weeks, there was significant difference between the experimental and control groups( P < 0.05), Arg specific IgGl ,IgG2a were also higher than that of control groups (P < 0.05), with IgG2a more significantly. Recombinant Periplaneta Americana BCG- Arg allergen has immunogenicity and it can induce Thl dominant immune response.关键词
