摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe Milrinone on refractory heart failure by the change of BNP. Methods Fifty patients with refractory heart failure were treated with Milrinone 10mg added into 0.9% normal saline 40 mL, intravenous injection with micro pump as 0.4 ~ 0.6 μg/( kg ·min), 3 days as a course. The levels of BNP were observed before and after treatment. Results The clinical total effective rate was 92 %. The level of BNP decreased obviously and the heart func tion was improved after treatment. Conclusion Milrinone intravenous injection could obviously de crease the level of BNP and improve heart function of patients with refractory heart failure.关键词
