摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the influence of different surgery on patients of uterine leiomyomas. Methods The patients were divided into three groups: group A received hysterectomy, group B myomectomy and group C partial hysterectomy by retaining ascending branch of uterine artery. The surgical effect on postoperative life was assessed. Results Menopausal symptoms of group A were significantly higher than group B and group C. Recurrence rate of group B was significantly higher than group A and group C. Postoperative follow- up of quality of life, indicators of group A were down while group B and group C were up. Sleeping, social activities, emotional responses of group A were significantly higher than before. Postoperative follow - up hormone level changes, difference in group A was significant compared with the preoperative. Conclusion Partial hysterectomy by retaining ascending branch of uterine artery is the best choice for patients of uterine leiomyomas who has no fertility requirement.关键词
