Abstract
Objective; To explore the clinicopathologic character for endometrial carcinoma and prognostic factors. Methods: One hundred and twenty-six patients with endometrial carcinoma accepted primary surgical treatment from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2004 at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were analyzed retrospectively. Results;The average age of 126 patients was 53.5 years. The 3- year and 5- year survival rate of 113 patients were 85.7% and 75. 1%. The overall survival rate were 69. 7%. Prognostic factors were also analysed by the multivariate Cox proportional-hazard model. Forward stepwise elimination according to Cox regression results led to a model containing four independent terms that were predictive of overall survival: FIGO surgical stage (P=0.009) , histological grade(P = 0. 006) ,lymph node involvement(P = 0. 025) , histological type(P=0. 001). Conclusion:The FIGO surgical stage,histological grade,lymph node involvement and histological type of endometrial carcinoma are able to assess prognosis objectively.关键词
