摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in diagnosis and follow-up of spleen trauma. Methods To compare images of conventional ultrasonic and contrast-enhanced ultrasonic examination in 30 cases with spleen trauma. Results Out of 30 cases, spleen trauma was detected by conventional ultrasonography in 19, including 10 confirmed cases and 9 suspected cases; while spleen trauma was diagnosed by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in 27 cases. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can increase the diagnostic rate for spleen trauma.关键词
