血小板功能及抗血小板药物疗效检测的研究进展
Research advances in monitoring platelet function and efficacy of antiplatelet drugs

Abstract
During the last decade, stent implanting has been the dominant procedure to reduce the rate of acute occlusion in coronary heart disease. Although the addition of thienopyridines to aspirin is widely administrated after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), recurrent thrombotic events and in-stent thrombosis still occur. These clinical findings have put forward concern about resistance to antiplatelet therapy. Several methods are used to monitor platelet function and to evaluate efficacy of antiplatelet drugs. LTA, VerifyNow, Plateletworks, impact cone and platelet analyzer, TEG and PFA-100 are included in methods to test platelet function. VASP, TXB2, 11-dehydro TXB2, P-selectin, PAC-1 and LPA represent molecules released from activated platelets. Specific methods are determined to test platelet function and efficacy of antiplatelet drugs.关键词
