64层螺旋CT在白血病肺浸润诊断中的价值探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the 64 - slice spiral CT manifestation of leukemic pulmonary infiltration, and evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods The chest CT manifestations of 21 patients with clinically diagnosed leukemic pulmonary infiltration in our hospital were analyzed, and the clinical diagnostic value was investigated. Results The CT manifestations of leukemic pulmonary infiltration were mainly stromatogenous changes of lung. It had characteristics of various pathological changes, which mainly were thickening of interlobular septum and peripheral bronchial vascular mesenchyma, shadow of nodule, ground - glass - like change and patch shadow. Conclusion The 64 - slice spiral CT can clearly display the image features and the extent of leukemic pulmonary infiltration, and has high value in the diagnosis of this disease.关键词
