摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of Rhodiola kirilowii Regel on senile patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods Sixty four patients averagely aged over 80 years were randomly divided into control group( 30 cases )and treatment group( 34 cases ). The control group received the conventional treatment. Based on the conventional treatment, the treatment group received the intravenous drip of 10 ml Rhodiola kirilowii Regel plus 5% glucose or 250 ml normal saline once per day,and 10 d was a course of treatment. Heart function and ST - T changes of ECG were observed before and after the treatment. Results The angina pectoris, heart function and electrocardiogram in the treatment group were obviously improved. There were significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Rhodiola kirilowii Regel is an effective and safe adjunctive treatment on senile patients with unstable angina pectoris.关键词
