强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤光老化68例临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effects of intense pulsed light on facial photoaging. Methods Sixty eight patients with facial photoaging were all treated for 5 times by the laser/photon work station instrument at an interval of 3 to 4 w. The device was equipped with AFT540 nm photons and AFT570 nm photons. Before and after the treatment, photographs and parameters were recorded. Results After the treatment, the effective rates of pigmentation, telangiectasis, rhytis and follicular orifice enlarging were respectively 92. 6% ,90. 5% ,78. 6% and 7. 4%. Conclusion Intense pulsed light is an effective treatment of facial photoaging, especially superficial lesions.关键词
