强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤光老化68例临床疗效分析OACSTPCD
Clinical curative effects of intense pulsed light on facial photoaging in 68 cases
目的 观察强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤光老化的疗效.方法 用激光/光子工作站治疗仪治疗68例面部皮肤光老化患者,每位患者治疗5次,每次间隔3~4 w.结果 治疗结束后,色素沉着、毛细血管扩张、细小皱纹和毛孔粗大的有效率分别为92.6%、90.5%、78.6%、7.4%.结论 强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤光老化具有良好疗效.
Objective To observe the curative effects of intense pulsed light on facial photoaging. Methods Sixty eight patients with facial photoaging were all treated for 5 times by the laser/photon work station instrument at an interval of 3 to 4 w. The device was equipped with AFT540 nm photons and AFT570 nm photons. Before and after the treatment, photographs and parameters were recorded.
