精原细胞体外培养的研究进展
Research progress of spermatogoniai stem cells cultured in vitro
摘要
Abstract
Spermatogonia include undifferentiated spermatogonial cell and differentiated . Spermatogonial cell. It is very important to reappear spermatogenesis by isolation and in vitro culture of spermatogonial stem cells in aspect of developmental biology, origin of life and birth control. It will be a hotspot in regenerative medicine that spermatogonial stem cells are cultured in vitro to induce a variety of tissue type cells utilizing their pluripotency. This review introduces some influential factors of spermatogonial stem cells cultured in vitro. It may provide the theoretical assistance for the spermatogonial stem cells cultured in vitro.关键词
