OPN、VEGF、MVD的表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系
Expressions of osteopontin, VEGF and MVD and the association with tumor invasiveness of pituitary adenoma

Abstract
Objective To examine the expressions of osteopontin (OPN), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and micro- vessel density (MVD) in pituitary adenomas, and the correlation with tumor invasiveness. Methods Total 80 surgical specimens of pituitary adenoma, including 42 invasive case and 38 non- invasive case were collected. The expressions of OPN, VEGF and MVD were detected by immunohistochemistry, their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics of the tumor were analyzed. Results The expressions of OPN, VEGF and MVD were significantly higher in invasive group than those in non- invasive group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) ; but they were not correlated with age, sex and histologicaltypes ofpatients. The expression ofOPN was positively correlated with VEGF (r = 0.492, P<0.01). Conclusion The upregulated OPN and VEGF may be associated with angiogenesis and invasiveness ofpituitary adenoma.关键词
