大鼠肝缺血再灌注后肝细胞内糖原含量及细胞膜ATP酶活力的变化
Changes of hepatocellular glycogen content and activities of membran enzyme after liver ischemia reperfusion in rats

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between hepatocellular glycogen content as well as activities of membrane ATPase and liver ischemia reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats. Methods Sixteen healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group was served as sham operated control. I/R group 2 was subjected to 45 min lobar, rather than totlal hepatic ischemia and 60 min reperfusion. Blood samples (2 mL) were drawn from inferior vena cava for biochemistry tests, such as ALT, AST and LDH. The ischemic liver lobes were excised for histology and SOD, MDA, XOD, content of hepatocellular glycogen and activities of membrane Na+K+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase were detected. Results The levels of MDA and XOD in group 2 were significantly higher than those in group 1. But SOD levels, glycogen content and Na+K+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase activities were significantly lower than that in group 1 (P<0.05). Conclusion Hepatocellular energy depletion and membrane ion pump dysfunction may contribute to liver I/R injury in rats.关键词
