Design of Tumor Diagnostic Database System in Multidisciplinary Mode Based on Hospital Information System

Abstract
Objective In accordance with the characteristics of tumor as multicenter study and multifarious medical data, we designed a system with an effective management and functions of information sharing, statistics inquiring and data mining for the clinical tumor data. Methods The system exported some information from hospital information system (HIS) to the mid-database which was filtered by ASP. NET technology, and then organized the structured and standardized tumor database. Results The system realized case history analysis, statistics, and the clinical auxiliary decision-making based on the fuzzy mathematics through the tumor database records. Conclusions The system standardized the diagnosis and treatment procedure, which was propitious to the treatment of several departments, and reflected the medical and social values of the multidisciplinary mode in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.关键词
