纳米钒酸铋的水热合成及其可见光光催化降解罗丹明B
Hydrothermal preparation of BiVO4 and its photocatalytic degradation of RhB under visible light
摘要
Abstract
Nanometer BiVO4 particles were synthesized by hydrothermal method using Bi(NO3)3 · 5H2O and NH4VO3 as raw materials. The BiVO4 was characterized by UV-vis DRS, XRD. The XRD pattern revealed that the BiVO4 shows monoclinic scheelite structure. UV-visible diffuse reflection spectra (DRS) indicated that the band gap of BiVO4 was 2.46 eV. The optimum condition is as follows;the original concentration of RhB, 10 mg/L; catalyst quantity, 3 g/L. The removal rate of RhB with BiVO4 in photocatalytic process for 5 h was 92. 2 % under visible light. The reaction followed the preudo-first level kinetics model and the reaction rate constant was 0. 497 h-1.关键词
