摘要

Abstract

A novel weighted parabolic interpolation algorithm is proposed for image zooming.The proposed algorithm incorporates the error-amended part into the weighted parabolic interpolation algorithm.In order to reduce ringing effects and checkerboard effects,directions of the interpolation points are determined by the sobel operator.The experimental results indicate that the method keeps the information of original images and has an excellent edge-adaptive ability.And it is superior to the traditional algorithms.
