Process optimization of jute felt/PP film composites for automobile components
摘要
Abstract
The processes of jute felt/PP film composites made by hot pressing were discussed and the optimal process was given by orthogonal test and single factor analysis. The results showed that jute felt/PP film composites with ideal tensile strength and flexural strength could be obtained when the mass ratio of jute multi-layer and PP film was 40:60, in the condition of hot-pressing temperature 180 °C, hot-pressing pressure 10 Mpa and hot-pressing time 9 min.关键词
