摘要

Abstract

By means of the measurement of creep properties and the microstructure observation, the influence of solution temperature on microstructure and creep behaviors of FCH9S nickel base superalloy was investigated. Results show that, after hot isostatic pressing, the microstructure of the alloy mainly consists of 7' phase with different size and y matrix. After 1150℃ solution treatment and oil cooling treatment, coarser y' phase is discontinuously distributed in the previous particle boundaries regions in which exists the depleted zone of the finer y' phase. With the temperature enhancing to 1160℃ , the amount and sizes of the thicker y' phase decrease obviously in the alloy, and the fine y' phase dispersedly precipitates in the grain. Moreover, the carbide particles discontinuously precipitate in the grain and along the grain boundaries, which improve the strength of grain and the boundaries to cause the alloy possessing the longer creep lifetime of the alloy under the applied stress 1034MPa at 650℃ . During creep, the deformation feature of the lower temperature solution treated alloy is that the double orientation slipping of dislocations are activated. After high temperature solution treatment and oil cooling, the deformation features of the alloy are the formation of the dislocation tangles, stacking fault and micro-twinning.
