Optimization of load restoration during network reconfiguring process of black-start restoration

Abstract
Based on the characteristics that network structure changes constantly during network reconfiguration, the mutual influence of units start-up and load restoration is intensively studied. An optimization method for load restoration during network reconfiguration is proposed by a comprehensive consideration of load recovery cost, load characteristics, load importance and the influence of the load restoration on the succeeding network reconstruction. The restoring process is carried out step by step based on a fixed time interval. In this method, first, the loads which satisfied restoration are selected according to the system's previous restoration state, then, their comprehensive weights are calculated by analytical hierarchy process method, finally, the loads restored in this time step are determined by using the greedy algorithm. The application results on the IEEE-30 bus system show that the loads which are more important and favorable to the succeeding network reconstruction can be effectively picked out for restoration by the proposed optimization method.关键词
