摘要

Abstract

The influence of the water pressure, the metal melt temperature and the nozzle diameter on particle size distribution, apparent density and flowabilily of Cu-0. 3 La powders was studied. Results show that quantity of fine powder can be increased when the water pressure and melt temperature are properly increased, and at the same time, the apparent density is reduced and the flowability worsen. Also, when nozzle diameter is increased, quantity of fine powder can be reduced, the apparent density is increased and the flowability is improved. The optimum parameters are as follows; the melt temperature is 1200% , the water pressure is 20 Mpa and the nozzle diameter is 4 mm.
