摘要

Abstract

C2 (Command and Control) organizational communication structure is a efficacious form of information transfering in the network-centric warfare. In this paper, We argure that the model of C2 organizational communication structure should be based on the communication delay, reliability and cost of the network. Random search in the full-connected communication structure is used to aviod the local search of routing and network topology, adopting global search based on Genetic Algorithms instead of manual heuristic solution. A numerical example shows the performance of the proposed design method could achieve the design objectives.
