摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of most extrinsic diagnostic reagents can only be measured by eyes or semi-quantitatively, this paper introduces a rapid measuring method of density on extrinsic diagnostic reagents based on image processing. Artei capturing the image of diagnostic reagent, the technologies of edge detection and Hough transform are used to correct the rotation of the image, and the color information is extracted after image segmentation and image filtering.Then it calculates the density of the sample according to a given standard curve.Experiments show this method is effective and robust.
