摘要

Abstract

Feeding system is an important component for high-speed CNC lathe,its influence of stationarity of cutting motion is very prominent to processing quality of part. Analyzes cutting force of feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe, constructs virtual prototyping of feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe based on ADAMS software. In order to improve analysis efficiency, the initial design model of feeding system of high-speed CNC lathe is simplified, it doesn't affect simulation. According to the simulation of ADAMS software, the motion error curves at X, Y and Z direction of mass center of X_ plate is obtained, it can supply reference for the design of feeding system on high-speed CNC lathe.
