摘要
Abstract
To analyze the influence of misaligned parameters of lenses on reflection properties of Gaussian beam, an approximate analytical expression of the output field distribution for Gaussian beam passing through a misaligned optical system with misaligned lenses were derived using approximate expression of the hard-edge ellipse aperture function and generalized diffraction formula. The result shows that influence of transverse displacement of a lens on the property of reflection beam is more notable than angle displacement. This method is helpful for the analysis of the transmission property of Gaussian beams.关键词
