摘要

Abstract

This paper amis to determine component indices of Rehmannia glutinsa BeijingNO. 3 ,catal-pol and acteoside by HPLC,and analyze their correlation by SPSS to find the suitable cultivation areas similar to Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area so that we can expand the Rehmannia glutinsa producing area. The results were as follows: (1 ) Using the content of catalpol and acteoside in Wenx-ian Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area as reference,the contents of Wenxian were the highest,reaching 1.47% and 0. 035% ; Huojia were 1. 24% (P < 0. 05 ) and 0. 35% (P > 0. 05 ) ,Xinxlang beihuan were 1. 11% (P < 0. 01 ) and 0. 021% (P < 0. 01 ) ,Fengqiu were 1. 23% (P < 0. 05 ) and 0. 025% (P< 0.01),Shandong Shanxian were 1. 21% (P < 0. 01) and 0.027% (P < 0. 01). The quality of Wenxian Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area is better than that of non-genuine producing area; (2)The contents of components in the five areas were higher than the China pharmacopeia (2010ed). The yield of Wenxian Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area has no significant difference from that of other four non-genuine producing areas,which showed that the Yellow River alluvial plains to east of Rehmannia glutinsa genuine producing area,from Huojia,Xinxiangbeihuan,Fengqiuto Shandongshanxian are suitable for producing Rehmannia glutinsa.
