2维光束全偏振参量测量技术研究
Measurement of complete Stokes parameters of 2-D polarized light
摘要
Abstract
In order to measure the complete Stokes parameters of the target accurately, the effect of systematic disturbance on the measurement accuracy was analyzed based on the numerical simulation method of 2-norm condition number of measurement matrices and verified in experiments. Simulation study shows that the measuring system can run optimally and effectively when the angles of the fast axis of the A/4 wave-plate are appropriate combination angles (I.e. , 13°, 50°, 128°, 164° ).关键词
