摘要

Abstract

In this article, the software design and application current status of automatic ultrasonic inspection system for welded pipe were analyzed. Combined traditional ultrasonic non-destructive inspection technology with some advanced technologies, such as industrial control computer, virtual instrument, intelligent flaw detection and so on, through flaw detection operational procedure, the complex flaw echo can be evaluated accurately and selected strictly. This will effectively avoid error alarm; the flaw waveform playback can overcome insufficiency of identifying flaw type. The field service proved that the false alarm rate is lower 2%, and the missing report rate is 0.
