摘要

Abstract

The vibration signals of grinding wheel substrate were acquired on-line with laser displacement sensor. The run-out values of grinding wheel substrate were obtained by analyzing and processing the vibration signals. The run-out values of grinding wheel substrate with different unbalance were analyzed at the same rotating speed. The experimental results showed that the run-out values increased with the increase of the unbalance of the wheel substrate. The run-out value of 45# steel substrate was 0. 05 μm bigger than that of aluminum substrate with the same dynamic unbalance at the same rotating speed.
