《固结磨具纤维增强树脂切割砂轮》标准的探讨
Discussion on the standard of JB/T 4175 -2006 “ bonded abrasive products-resinoid bonded fiber reinforced cutting-off wheel”
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews evolution history of the fiber reinforced resin cutting wheel standard. The major changes of two standards JB/T4175 -2006 and JB / T4175 - 1994 are compared, including standard name, scope of application, limit deviation and shape and position tolerance, single point lateral load test method, three point lateral load test method, lateral impact load test methods, etc. The revised standard adopts related content of ISO and the advanced foreign standard, thus may improve domestic product standards. Some problems existing in the JB /T 4175 -2006 standard to be solved in the future are presented, including the applicability of standard which does not cover type 42 wheel, improvement of the static unbalance coefficient K, proper wheel rotation test method, reasonable rotation strength test rules, etc.关键词
