Abstract
In this article,it introduced production process flow of SAWH two-step welding and its characteristics, such as high welding speed, simple operation, stable welding quality, high welding efficiency and so on. The problem of group batch physical and chemical sampling from steel pipe produced by adopting the two-step welding process is pointed out, as well as re-sampling when the property of the weld is disqualified. Through analysis on the current standard and existed problems, the suggestion of confirming some melt batch and adjacent two steel pipes as a group, continuous welding in the same one finishing welding unit, and average display sampling from steel pipe in each Finishing unit is put forward.关键词
