摘要

Abstract

The myoglobin (Mb) was immobilized on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by using composite of cellulose diacetate (CDA) and ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetraflu-oroborate ([bmim]BF4). Spectroscopic analysis of the CDA-[bmim]BF4-Mb film showed that the Mb could retain its natural structure and bioactivity. The conductivity of the modified electrode had been greatly improved due to the doping of ionic liquid, which facilitated the electronic transfer of the CDA-[bmim]BF4-Mb membrane. Further experiment demonstrated that the Mb modified electrode exhibited an electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2. The catalytic peak current was linear to H2O2 concentration in the range of 5. 0-100 μmol/L with a detection limit of 2. 0 μmol/L. The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) was estimated to be 1. 758×10"-4 mol/L.ic
