摘要

Abstract

order to enhance the strain aging resistance and mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel, many tests were conducted for the developed X80 pipeline steel with high strain aging resistance. The tested steel pipe section was manufactured by using UOE process, and then the strain aging characteristics and mechanical properties of the said pipe section were evaluated. The effects of rolling and cooling conditions on the strain aging behavior of X80 line pipe were investigated. It was found that heavy reduction and controlled cooling can refine M/A (martensite /austenite) constituent distribution, which is very important for obtaining the required mechanical properties and strain aging resistance of X80 steel.
