Abstract
The experimental method and industrial test have been introduced in this thesis for the production of autoclaved bearing brick through orthogonal technique with molybdenum tailing, fly ash and slag in the Nanni Lake of Luanchuan County as the ingredients and lime and desulfurized gypsum as the activators. It has been found that the main factor affecting the strength of molybdenum tailing-fly ash- slag autoclaved bearing brick is the molding pressure, followed by the factors such as water-solid ratio, aggregate content, souring time and mass ratio between molybdenum tailing and fly ash. XRD indicates that the autoclave of molybdenum tailing-fly ash-slag generates hydration products such as tobennorite, calcite, gypsum, and C2SH, etc. Which combine with the unreacted coarse ingredients to form the coarse particle frameworked structure similar to that of concrete so that the product will possess the strength. Property test of the product shows that it has excellent freeze-thaw resistance, lime burst resistance, water absorption, alkali resistance, salt tolerance, and the strength could well meet the Level MU20 regulated in National Standard JC 239-2001 Fly Ash Brick. According to the tests carried out in Luoyang Jinxing Engineering Quality Test Center, its properties are all able to meet the national technology requirements and it is Class A building material through radioassay.关键词
