一种Ti3Al基高温合金的氧化行为研究
Investigation on the Oxidation Behavior of a Ti3Al Based Superalloy

Abstract
The oxidation behavior of the Ti-24Al-14Nb-3V-0. 5Mo (at%) alloy was studied in air at temperatures from 700 ℃ to 900 ℃ by OM, XRD and SEM. The oxide scales consist mainly of TiO2 and A12O3 in all cases. With increasing the exposure temperature and time, the particles of TiO2 and A12O3 coarsen and the oxide scale gradually become thicker. The oxidation activation energy of the alloy significantly decreases with increasing temperature. The oxidation activation energy between 700 ℃ and 800 X is determined to be 205 kj / mol, and it decreases to 119 kj / mol between 800 ℃ and 900 ℃.. The alloy exhibits a good oxidation resistance at 700 ℃ , while the oxidation resistance becomes poor at 800 ℃ and 900 ℃.关键词
