摘要

Abstract

The Plackett-Burm an design and response surface analysism ethods w ere used to optin ize the ferm entation con ditions of L-aspartic acid -β decarboxy lase producing by Pseudom onas dacunhae XG-2-81. The com steep liquor, prion pep tides and m edium volum e w ere found to be the in portent factors. B ased on the experin en tel results of analysis of vari ance , the optin urn conditions w ere as follow s: 0 .64% com steep liquor, 1.21% prion peptides, 14 .71 % liquid vor um e. T he activity of L-aspartic acid-β-decarboxylase could reach 1107 μg / m L ? H by using the optin al fenn entation con ditions, w hich was increased by 10 .83% com pared w ith that by the original conditions.
