摘要
Abstract
The growth characteristics of mycelium in Lepista sordida were studied by using liquid and plate culture methods. The results showed that corn powder was the optimum carbon source for the growth of mycelium in Lepista sordida, and the hypha grew best at the growth speed of 9.2 mm/d when the concentration of corn powder was 3%. Peptone and yeast extract were the best nitrogen sources, the hypha grew best at the growth speed of 8.2 ~ 8.4 mm/d when the concentration of peptone and yeast extract was 0.3%. The optimum temperature for the hypha! Growth of Lepista sordida was 25 ℃, and the optimum pH - value was 6.关键词
