The design of tunable wavelength division multiplexer based on dual core photonic crystal fiber

Abstract
The coupling characteristics of dual core photonic crystal fiber are analyzed numerically. The wavelength division multiplexers using in communication channel are designed in details as examples for 0.85/1.55μm, 0.98/1.55μm and 1.31/1.55μm. The fiber lengths are 542μm, 996|xm and 932μm respectively. On the basis of this structure, by adjusting material refractive index of the central hole, the wavelength division multiplexers are realized for 0.85/1.55μm, 0.98/1.55μm and 1.31/1.55μm with the material refractive index are 1.281,1.343 and 1.348 respectively.关键词
