Research Advance in Rapid Detection of Staphylococcus aureus in Food and Its Enterotoxin
摘要
Abstract
Some methods for the rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus in food were summarized, including Petrifilm RSA detection method, Baird - Parker + RPF Agar detection method, colloidal gold immune - chromatographic assay and polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and PCR was mostly used for assaying the enterotoxin of Staphylococcus aureus.关键词
