浙江省山核桃中重金属含量及质量安全评价
Heavy Metal Content and Quality Safety Assessment of Hickory Nut in Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
The content of Pb, Cd, Hg and Cu in 151 samples of hickory nut in Zhejiang province was assayed, and their quality safety was evaluated by comparing with the national standard. The results revealed that the average contents of Hg, Cu, Pb and Cd in hickory nut were 0.0087, 8.1, 0. 21 and 0.027 mg/kg respectively, accounting for 43.5% , 81% , 52.5% and 54% of the corresponding standard limit respectively. The above results indicated that the content of heavy metal in hickory nut of Zhejiang province was at a safe level as a whole. The tested heavy metal elements had the following order based on their single -factor pollution index: Cu > Cd > Pb > Hg.关键词
