有机化学合成法制备的CNT/PANI空心球复合材料

摘要
Abstract
Carbon nanotube(CNT) was functional,then coated on the surface of template Fe3O4. The aniline grafted on the surface of CNT was polymerized to polyaniline(PANI) , CNT/PANI composite was prepared by organic chemistry synthesis. The results of . SEM and FT-IR analyses showed the thickness of the prepared composite reached to 0.2 ~ 0.3 fim, the composite was formed through polymerization between groups and had hollow sphere structure. The results of cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge/ . Discharge showed that when cycled with 0.1 C in organic electrolyte, the specific capacitance of prepared composite could reach to 18S F/g, higher than the pure PANI prepared under the same condition(65 F/g). The composite had fine cycle stability, the capacitance fading rate was under 5% after 200 cycles.关键词
