摘要

Abstract

The method of hardware circuit design, such as power management, CAN communication, signal processing and solenoid valve drive and etc,is discussed. The hardware design of hybrid e-lectric vehicle control unit for a serial parallel hybrid electric vehicle is presented. It is proved by the results of hardware - in - the - loop simulation that the HCU hardware system is of quick response and strong real - timeliness, can control the objects such as engine and motor effectively and correctively, realize the energy management, power distribution and the communication between each controller, and its control function can meet the design requirements of hybrid electric vehicle control system.
