Kinetics for dehydration of coal tar
摘要
Abstract
The coal tar with high water mass fraction can do harm to the hydrogenation equipment and hydrogenation catalyst. In order to get the general laws of coal tar dehydration, the dynamic model of medium temperature coal tar dehydration was established. With medium-temperature pyrolytic coal tar from Shenmu in northern Shaanxi as raw materials, the effects of temperature, viscosity, time and water mass fraction on the dehydration rate of medium-temperatur coal tar were investigated by heating dehydration and emulsion breaking dehydration. And the kinetics model for dehydration of medium-temperature coal tar was built based on the Smoluchowski coagulation and Stokes-Einstein collision theory. The experimental data were fitted by Matlab software, and the reliability of the models was validated by experimental data. The results show that the model II is superior to the model I and the model H can better predict the dehydration rate of coal tar.关键词
