Abstract
The ion exchange adsorption behavior of fixed Miglitol in the quantitative resin was investigated at different temperature, pH and stirring rate. The ion exchange process was also analyzed by thermodynamic theory and the dynamic boundary model. The results show that the adsorption temperature rises, the distribution coefficient KD is smaller and the Gibbs value AG is greater, which is more detrimental to ion exchange, and the adsorption of Miglitol in the resin is an exothermic process. The Miglitol ions in neutral conditions can be adsorbed better than that in the acidic or alkaline conditions, and implies that the acidic or alkaline cations of solution can affect ion adsorption of Miglitol on D001. The temperature was changed to explore the changes of adsorption capacity of resin, and the mathematics models of film diffusion, particle diffusion and chemical reaction were used to fit the experimental data respectively. It indicates that the model of film diffusion fit the best, and the adsorption of Miglitol is controlled mainly by film diffusion. The adsorption rate is obviously enhanced with the increase of stirring rate of oscillator, but the effect of stirring rate on the adsorption rate of resin tends to weaken or even disappear when the stirring rate of oscillator exceeds a certain value.关键词
