Research Progress on Neohesperidin
摘要
Abstract
Neohesperidin was an important natural flavonoid. Three preparation methods including plant extraction method, naringin chemistry synthesis, hesperidin biotransformation, were introduced in this review. The newest research development of neohesperidin on application in medical science and food science were reported in the paper.关键词
