基于流场数值模拟的多级泵转子动力学分析
Rotor dynamic analysis of multistage pump based on numerical simulation of flow field

Abstract
According to 2-D map of multistage pump, the main parts of rotor system were modeled by Pro/E software. The fluid field of multistage pump was numerical simulated by FLUENT program to analysis the changes of axial force and radial force at different work conditions. With the static loading on rotor system, statics, harmonic response and transient dynamics were analyzed by ANSYS program. The results show that it is nonlinear relationship between the amplitude and speed of rotor system when the rotor system is operated in safe zone under the first critical speed. Applied exciting force, each node at beginning stage shows large amplitude, and the amplitude decreases gradually to a stable value. The vibration amplitude of left bearing nodes is an order larger than that of right. The vibration amplitude of first grade impeller is slightly larger than that of secondary impeller. There is obvious beat vibration in displacement vibration cures. The stability of system is good with small amplitude when the node vibration tends to be constant.关键词
