摘要
Abstract
The soybean samples were dissolved by microwave digestion using nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide. After dilution,the calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, stannum, lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, chromium, copper, manganese, and stannumin soybean were determined by inductive coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES). The determination results were compared with those obtained by national standard method. It was found that the analytical results were consistent with those obtained by national standard method,the repeatability was good. The recoveries of the method for these elements were 93.4% -109.1% ,and relative standard deviation(RSD,n = ll)were less than 2.0%. Compared with the commonly used single-element analytical techniques,the proposed method proved to be more reliable and efficient.关键词
