摘要

Abstract

Many results have shown SPINDLY(SPY)is involved in gibberellin(GA) signaling as a negative regulator,it plays an important role in the growth and development stage in higher plants. The N terminus of SPY contains a protein-protein interaction domain consisting of 10 tetratricopeptide repeats ( TPRs). The C terminus of SPY contains O-linked-N-acetylglucosamin-etransferase( 0GT)domain that catalyzes GA signaling transduction pathway. In this paper,research on the GA signal transduc-tion, GA response pathway components and SPINDLY were reviewed. It included the structure of SPINDLY, its regulation mechanism in diverse developmental processes and research on SPINDLY in soybean.
